Heather's best friend from high
school, Megan, goes to school in Malibu at Pepperdine. Heather has been
meaning to visit her down there, and so we stopped by there on our road
trip.
Megan took us to her favorite Mexican place. I think I had the best
burrito I have ever had there.
Pepperdine has an amazing campus, set in a bluff above the coast. Here is
a picture of part of it.
We camped a few days north of Malibu, and from there one day we went to
this place Heather knew of called something like Disneyland.
Jesse and I became part of the Mickey Mouse club (just like Britney)
We found this amazing bush in Toontown. It really was quite amazing. I
have never seen a yellow tree like that before.
Look at me! Mickey let me drive his car.
Jesse's favorite ride and character was Mr. Toad or Mr. Frog or something
like that.
Disneyland is a happy place and we decided that Spot's parents should have
taken him to Disneyland instead of the wax museum. Here is another picture
of Spot.
We had an excellent time watching the three dimensional movie.
We found the secret club 33.
Here were are standing in front of that castle at night.
Our last ride of the day was "it's a small world after all." I took some
trippy photos.

Japan now.
Jesse needed a happy lollipop to end his happy day at Disneyland.
The next day, back in Malibu, the weather was halfway sort of decent for
beach going. So we went to the beach. Look, there are Jesse and Stephanie
going to the beach.
We refused to let the weather hold us back and we went in the water.
Jesse got a little wetter than he had planned.

After the malibu beach, we drove to
Joshua tree. Yay Joshua trees.
