Spring break 2007 was spent in Peru. The first few days were southeast of Lima exploring Incan ruins. We then went back through Lima, north, to Huaraz, where we did a 5 day trek in the Cordillera Blanca region of the Peruvian Andes. This trek provided views of Peru's tallest (S. America's 4th tallest) mountain, Huascarán, the world's most beautiful mountain, Alpamayo, as well as many other very beautiful mountains. Our last day was spent in warm Lima buying treasures, eating ice cream, and relaxing. This was one of our favorite trips ever and one of the most beautiful. I took over 800 pictures and have whittled it down to 70. I hope you enjoy these photographs.
